If any item is damaged or missing, you MUST contact us immediately, you will need to send us photos of the product & carton within 3 days & notify the shipping company. In the event a damage claim is denied by the shipping company, we will cover the repair amount of the damage, OR send out a replacement. Item must be returned in original packaging within 14 days. We reserve the right to decide which method to follow, replacement or repair. We reserve the right to deny a repair amount in the event that it is unreasonable. Returns that are not damaged or manufacturing defect may be made within 14 days of receipt. Customer must pay the inbound and outbound shipping charges. Item must be returned in original packaging.
